Refund policy
Our Returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, so please be mindful of perfume and makeup etc. It must also have the original tags attached to the garment and unworn; should this not be the case, unfortunately your item will be returned back to you. You will also need to include your till receipt which will be attached to the Returns Form in the delivery you received from us.
For exchanges or if returning part or the whole of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
If you are returning the item via a delivery service please note that you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
When you are shipping your item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and Styled By Zoë is not responsible for any lost returns.
We accept free returns instore for Online orders if accompanied by a returns form and the original online purchase receipt.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have issued your refund. We issue refunds within 1-5 working days from receipt of your return, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/ debit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have received an email from us confirming a refund but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable): If you need to exchange your item, please fill in your returns slip and send your item to: Styled By Zoë, 3AB Conrad House, Beaufort Square, Chepstow, Monmouthshire NP16 5EP.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancel an order: If you wish to cancel an order you would need to inform us within 2 hours of placing the order. This can be done by our email zoe@styledbyzoe.co.uk. It is not possible to cancel an order through our social media channels. Once an order is fulfilled it is not possible to cancel and would be subject to the returns policy.
Christmas Returns Policy (2025–2026): Christmas gifts can be exchanged up to 3pm on Sunday 11th January 2026. Refunds are not available for Christmas returns, and items received after this date will not be accepted.
